I'm Tom Cusack, former HUD Oregon Field Office Director; I retired from that role in July of 2007.
A few months later I was diagnosed with diffuse large B cell non hodgkin’s lymphoma [NHL] and began treatment in November of 2007. The treatment is expected to last until March of 2008.
This blog is, at a minimum, therapy for me while also allowing me to keep health related postings away from my main blog, www.oregonhousing.blogspot.com.
Hopefully, I will also post some items of interest to others who may be dealing with this disease , or have family members who are. And I intend to post humorous items, or those that struck me as humorous , anyway.
